Please be aware that the HSE regulations state that if you have a medical card you cannot be seen outside the hours of 9am-5pm Monday -Friday unless the consultation is "necessary due to the urgency of the matter." It is this practice's opinion that these regulations are illogical, but, they are being enforced by the HSE
