Repeat Prescriptions: Patients on long-term medical treatment can now request a repeat prescription from this website. We can process the prescription and send it directly to the pharmacy of your choice without you having to come in to the surgery, unless you require monitoring tests. Please do not use this form to consult with your GP, if you require a consultation please make an appointment with your GP. Please allow 5 working days before contacting your pharmacy to arrange collection/delivery of your requested medication. Click here to use this service.

Drugs Payment Scheme (DPS): Under this scheme an individual or family who are not entitled to a medical card will pay no more than €80 each calendar month for prescribed medicines. Click here for information on how to apply.
GP Visit Scheme For Children Under Eight: Gorey Family Practice is participating in the GP Visit scheme for children under the age of eight. As a parent or guardian you must register your child online, or download the form and send it to the listed address. The website address is www.pcrsonline.ie/portal/free-gp-care-web/pub. If your child does not hold an under-eight medical card, you remain liable for the costs of medical care until the registration process is complete. You do not need to register for a new GP visit card if your child was under 6 on the 1st July 2023 as their old card will automatically be extended until they are 8 years of age. A new application is required for children who turned 6 before this date.
European Health Insurance Cards (EHIC): The EHIC card allows the holder to access health care when travelling to other EU or EEA countries. Click here for information on how to apply.
